Service Description
This is a workshop only service. We'll collect and return your computer once it is fully clean. To do a thorough and professional job of virus scanning and removal at least 24 hours of machine time is needed, there are no viable shortcuts with security.
This means that a virus removal performed as a call-out will be either insufficient, ineffective or very expensive. We fix the cost of virus removal cost at £78 per machine no matter how long it takes.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancelled or rearranged this booking up to 8 working hours prior to the booking slot. Cancellations within 8 hours, or "customers not home" will still be chargeable.
