Service Description

General diagnostic visit. Please provide as much prior information as possible to ensure the engineer comes to you fully equipped. Note: many hardware diagnostics need protracted amounts of time and test equipment to gain an accurate assessment. It may not be possible or practical to do it in your own location. Please call to discuss the issue with an engineer first. Call-out charge includes the first 30 mins of on-site attendance. Charged thereafter at £20 per 1/4hr as required.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancelled or rearranged this booking up to 8 working hours prior to the booking slot. Cancellations within 8 hours, or "customers not home" will still be chargeable.
