Our diagnostic service is ideal where the problem is somewhat unpredictable or hard to pinpoint. You may want to know the likely cost of repair before going further. Is it worth fixing? Is it beyond economical repair? Cost of parts? These questions can only be properly and accurately answered after a skilled diagnostic session and time to observe the behavior of the machine. Examples: Erratic or temperamental hardware, BSOD, lock-up or freezing, won't turn on, software failing to load.
