Many details hardware repairs cannot be properly performed at the customer location. This is due to the need for advanced diagnostic and test equipment, space and time required. When this is the case we'll arrange to collect the item, diagnose it, repair it, and then return it to you door afterwards. Typically we collect between 3-5pm each working day for the item to be diagnosed the next working day. Note: the charge of £48 only becomes due if you decline our repair service after our diagnostics has been provided to you. This is to cover the time involved in the collection, diagnostic and return/disposal as required. Otherwise, this figure is deducted from any repair work quoted.
You can cancelled or rearranged this booking up to 8 working hours prior to the booking slot. Cancellations within 8 hours, or "customers not home" will still be chargeable.
