We use advanced remote-desktop support tools to allow us to take full control of your PC just a though we are sat right there in front of it. Many software-based problems can be resolved this way, e.g. email not working, websites not loading, printer/scanner not working, problems with Skype, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Outlook of Microsoft office / 365.
Note: remote support is only practical where the computer does power-up and connects to the internet correctly. If not, a collect-and-return or on-site booking is needed instead.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancelled or rearranged this booking up to 8 working hours prior to the booking slot. Cancellations within 8 hours, or "customers not home" will still be chargeable.
